Each level offers tailored benefits, including access to the Mentor-Me program, which evolves as you advance.

1. Member (Foundation Level)

This level is for professionals who are intentional about their growth and eager to be part of a global community of executives, leaders, coaches, mentors, facilitators, and consultants.

Professional Development Levels of Membership

2. Catalyst (Entry-Level)

Catalysts are actively building their expertise and seeking structured mentorship and professional development. They are committed to applying their knowledge in real-world scenarios.

Full access to Mentor-Me (structured mentorship & guided growth)
Participation in context-specific CPD (experiential learning, not time-based)
Exclusive events, networking, and career-building opportunities

3. Masterful (5,000+ Hours of Professional Experience)

This level is for professionals with at least 5,000 hours of experience in their field. Members at this stage demonstrate leadership, mentorship, and significant industry influence.

Key Benefits:

Eligibility to become a Mentor-Me guide (mentor others and receive advanced mentorship)
Recognition as an experienced leader, mentor, or coach
Priority listing in the AGPB professional directory for enhanced visibility
Access to advanced training and international certification programs

4. Mastery (10,000+ Hours – The Pinnacle of Expertise)

Mastery members represent the highest level of expertise within AGPB, with over 10,000 hours of professional experience. They are recognised as industry pioneers, master coaches, executive mentors, and sought-after consultants.
